Mr Conway was a real pro in new car sales. He spent as much time as we needed to pick out a car etc. When we picked up the new car he spent about two hours with us. I must say that when I turn in my acura I am getting a volvo because of Mr Conway. We will be a volvo family. Mel Krivoshey
Karp Volvo was the fourth Volvo dealership that I spoke to/went to. After being treated poorly by the other dealerships, I wondered how this dealership would be different. I was approached by Frank Moscati, who proceeded to answer all of my questions and actually portrayed true respect, which I appreciated (being a woman). I was not pushed into making a decision, but did end up leasing my XC60 that day and had a pick-up date scheduled. In addition, the follow-up calls and emails that I received after closing the agreement was welcoming. If you are shopping for a Volvo, I would highly recommend Frank Moscati and Karp Volvo.
My experience with David Markowitz was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and informative and willing to answer all of our questions. He was NOT pushy (which was my typical experience with other dealerships). He made sure I was totally comfortable with my S60 before I drove out of the showroom. It is a cream puff! I would definitely recommend Karp, without reservations, to all my friends and family.

I had an excellent experience. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with the price of the vehicle. I would certainly recommend Volvo cars to my friends, and would direct them to Karp Volvo.

Frank was a wonderful salesperson. He made our experience very pleasant. In my first visit, I walked in (a woman) by myself (without my husband) and was treated wonderfully! Frank was always very patient and understanding. We feel that we received a very fair deal for our volvo xc 90 lease. Karp should feel very priveleged to have such an amazing employee on staff.

Our new S80 is the 4th Volvo we bought, with the previous volvos bought from different dealerships in NY area. Karp volvo was definitely by far the best dealership we went to. I highly recommend Karp as they have excellent service. It gets a 5 star rating in my book! Our dealer, Edward Ferrari, was very efficient, helpful and very polite. He has a lot of knowledge on Volvo products so I highly recommend him as well!

Eddie was great to deal with. Gave me the best price first and there was no negotiation. Answered all my questions with honesty. I ordered a car to my specs and deal was completed with no problems at all. This is my second purchase from Karp and I don't think it will be my last. Anyone we met there is friendly and available to help. Overall great buying experience.
